62614A COVER, QUARTER WHEEL HOUSE, LH 62614-89101-01 Manufacture notes: BLACK,BLACK
There were also yellow and white ones, but it looks as though those are no longer available.

So, I digg this old post but on other matter. How can I remove this plastic part. There is one small screw but other seems like glued. I have some rust on fender edge and rust under that protection as well.

The rock guards look the same on 4Runners and Trucks but are a little different from each other. Trucks have 7 contact points and 4Runners have 4 contact points.
Copied...
4Runner and Truck rock guards look the same but are different. Truck is in my hand. A 4Runner only has 2 tabs on the out side and some screws on the lip of the fender. A truck has 7 fasteners.
Some more differences.
Trucks have 7 locations. Screw at the bottom is another one that is showing in bottom of picture.
One broke in this one. The screws are usually difficult to get out. I normally have to squeeze the tabs to get them out. Not the first one that I have broken in the past and sure there will be more in the future. The other side came out fine.

Thanks for the PN. I verified that it's the part that I needed so I ordered it online. Got it https://www.toyotapartsprime.com/oem/toyota-cover_quarter_wheel_house_lh-626148910101.html at at a nice deal. I like buying from them because their prices are cheaper than dealer.
