simply amazing, what better life lesson can a parent teach a child. you made a mistake, now its time for the other person to make it better. i guess those parents never heard of responsibility or consequences of your actions.

i wonder where they learned their parenting skills, just boggles the mind. no wonder there are so many lawyers around these days. i cant wait to hear the outcome from this one!

Dude, I worked for a local police dept for about two years...it's real simple here. The dude bought used items from you...it's "as is" with no warranty written or implied. There is no "contract" here whatsoever...this isn't some type of agreement...you sold tires, he or whoever bought them...period.

This is as simple as they come, tell them if they don't like it, to take you to court. Call the local police and state your being harassed. The officer will take their phone number and contact them. They will whine about the tires, he will advise them it's a civil matter, and while they're going to lose in court, that filing suit is their legal right.

This shouldn't have gone beyond one page...this is simple, simple, simple. Next time they call, say "so sorry, they were sold as is...I'm calling the police because your harassing me"....end of story.

Judge Judy time. You don't want to talk to her in person though.

Call your local law enforcement office now and have an officer come to your house, listen to the voice mail and you can fill out the report and swear out a warrant ASAP. Make their night fun down at the pokey with the night life.

Let the law do your fighting.

If they call you back then tell them that you see them in Judge Judy court... so have you submit your case to her if it qualified? You should, cause I watch it once awhile and like to see your case, and see what judge judy have to say on your case. Oh and if you win then yell out yotatech rock?

Dont call the cops just change your phone number and screw them if they dont know where you live....but if they do, you got to go the other route.

best of luck

Look up the non-emergency line and call it. That's what they're there for...that and ridding the world of donuts.

Bump Matt16... call the non-emergency number or go down to the local PD station. If you wait for them to send someone over it could take a day to two. Just depends on how "threatened" you feel.

Your local county or state PD may have information on their website. At least the "how" part.

Also, I hope you've been saving the VM's these folks leave, play ALL of them for the cops. You want to show a pattern of escalation, they should take that more seriously. Call your phone provided & explain whats happening, get copies (.mp3 or similar format) and/or transcripts that indicated content, date & time of recording & duration.

Protect yourself kid, I'd hate to read about a 19 yr old shot over $300 tires.

Just go the legal route, I had a similar story but i called the cops and never heard from the people again. Just do the smart thing so people dont think that all of us 18 19 year old kids are a bunch of punks. Good luck and if u get them back i want them!! lol
