I would snach it up for that if I lived within 20 mi. I'd be sleeping on the couch for getting it, but I'd prolly still do it. I'd try to talk you down first, of course.

If I could keep it I would but I am convinced i will find something when I have the space to keep it. I would rather if someone on here bought it but I just need to sell it.
