22re Pickup only running on 1,3,4 2 is firing. put a full tune up on still nothing any suggestions

Not sure what he is getting at....It looks like only 3 cyl. are fireing.

 

Bad fuel injector or as was my case on my 87, corroded and broken wires going to the fuel injector on that cylinder. Try switching the fuel injectors from cylindes 2 and 3. If 2 still won't fire its probably the wiring. If 3 won't fire its the injector itself. There is a sharp bend in the fuel injector wiring close to the injector plug that can cause the wires to get brittle and break.

 

the truck is only firing on 3 cylinders 1,3,4 nothing on 2 it has spark but no fuel. EFI does that have seperate injectors for each cylinder?
