You WILL need an alignment if you adjust your torsion bars. Might as well have the alignment shop do the cranking or decranking of your bars too (which shouldn't cost too much on top of the alignment) since they got the tools and they can lift your trucks tires off the ground which is neccessary to adjust torsion bars properly.

i know its not hard and i can do the alignment my self its easy its just i did on a xterra before i just need a remembering on how to do it and i have a shop to do it in and i have tools

I would by some ball joint spacers and then do an alignment. Cranking the torsion bars is easy lift by your ride quality goes to $h!t. Otherwise jack your front wheels off the ground and you may have to loos'n a jam nut before cranking down on the t-bar bolt.
