Need to clear up sone suspension questions

So all I've done for the past few weeks is search about this issue - but I keep getting mixed results.

I have a very slight sag on my 4Runner, and I want to fix that + do a slight lift - no more than 2" total. My suspension is stock at the moment.

I'm thinking about going with OME lift coils in the rear and then putting in 1 1/2" BJ spacers up front. Now, question #1 is: why do I see a lot of posts claiming that the OME coils will only take out the sag and put my truck at stock height? Is this because there are a bunch of different OME coils for the same truck? I thought there were only two - the OME medium duty and the OME HD. The place I was going to order from is http://rocky-road.com/4runner.html, and it lists the 1990 - 1995 Suspension parts as a 2" lift.

Question #2: So if these coils are made for a 2" lift, and lift my truck up 2" higher than stock - will the OME shocks in the same category work for a 2" lifted application?

Question #3: If both lift coils claim to give 2" of lift, will the HD coils give any more lift than the MD ones? Or will it just matter what the load in my truck is at the time?

Thanks guys. I couldn't find any answers here.. and I really want to get as much info as possible before ordering these things since I don't get to stand at a counter and ask them questions first.

q1: I think this is really people expressing that this is what the runner SHOULD have been like from the factory. And yes there are 2 coils "meant" for your runner as designated by OME, however people try so many different coils it gets confusing.
q2. OME shocks ill work great with the coils.
q3: It is really about the amount of weight it will take before sagging. I personally had the mediums on my old 92 since for the majority of the time I did not want to have a crappy ride just for those few times I was fully loaded.. And I also had a stock rear bumper.

Also, check out the vendors on this site that sell OME products as they generally cut a good deal from what I hear. I think strap22 is still on here. Also check out 4x4Connection. I have purchased both OME setups for my 92 and 99 plus other stuff and they have sales on frequently and are among my personal favorites to shop from.

this is my old 92 with the OME medium coils and cranked torsion bars..tires are 31's

Thanks, godzilla. I appreciate the help. And if I didn't know any better, I'd say that was a picture of my 4Runner. Ha, it's pretty close anyways.
