Is my throttle position sensor on backwards?
I was trying to test my TPS when I noticed the it didn't look like the drawing in the FSM. It looks like it's on backwards, but if it is how the heck have I been driving around for 7 months like that?

No, it's on correctly. They faced that way up to a certain year. Not sure which one that is, but atleast '92 and after the TPS terminals face the manifold.

drewgarrett.....I'm thinking Toyota switched TPS direction when throttle valve openers were added to the throttle body. The "linkage" you refer to? It will have a vacuum line going to it, if it's the opener.
