My match up marks for the front diff and propeller shaft are missing... help please
Well, unfortunately the match up marks for the front differential and the propeller shaft were smudged off during the process of reassembly.
What could possibly happen if I don't have them on properly? If they're not on the right way, how can I correct it?
The driver's drive shaft, lower A-arm, along with the ball joint were dropped because we had some challenges getting the front differential out. But after I put everything back together today, I'm noticing that when I turn right, there's a chaffing sound coming from the left front side. Could this possibly be a symptom of an improperly assembled propeller shaft to front differential issue, or is something else going on?

Vibration will occur if it is out of phase with the hubs locked. It's easy enough to fix if there is vibration--just take it apart and reattach it turned ¼ turn and test drive. If the vibration is still there, turn it another ¼ turn and reattach. That should fix any vibration resulting from the mismatch.
