My 3vze intake (in progress)

airbox, both silencers and elbow removed. cone filter adapter and nipples home made. way too loud with out the upper silencer IMO when not fully warmed up; otherwise fine. fliter is AEM DryFlow.

I also took a file to the inside of the AFM - I knocked off as many of the rough edges I could. there's a lot.

still needs paint, heat sheild wrap, box-in the filter to isolate from engine heat

Looks good and reminds me of what I had done with 3" mandrel bent U pipe so I could keep the OEM dip in the middle of the turn....it looks HAWT now, but unfortunately has no use until I swap the vafm for a MAF

But I like whatcha did, it looks GOOD!
