So I gave the core to the engine place when they delivered and it seems I was supposed to have taken off this part. They informed me it was already gone and they don't have it anymore. Would this part be hard to source? Any suggestions? I have been to the junkyards and nothing. Thanks in advance for any tips!
Its the threaded outlet pipe, looks like for coolant, that is on the lower intake manifold (circled in red below).

Nothing on a Toyota engine should be hard to get. Where are you located? There is someone in every corner of America (and some other countries) on this site that will be willing to help you.

Edit** A good start would be getting the part number from the shop that is saying it's what you need. And getting what it is actually called.

 

Lol, yeah I kinda just realized that the picture is not that great. I actually am doing the swap myself, I will do more research and get the part # or name. Also try to get a better picture!

Found this picture on the web, the part outlined with blue.

 

That is a coolant return fitting that the coolant from the throttle body flows back into after flowing through the idle air bypass solenoid in the bottom of the throttle body.

It is just a fitting that is pipe thread on one end and barbed on the other. I would think you could get it at the dealer. Or, you could make one at a hardware store. It is either 3/8 or 1/2" pipe on one end and is a 1/4" barb fitting on the other for the coolant hose to attach.

Now, I'm not sure if it is NPT (National Pipe Thread) or BPST (British Pipe Standard Taper). Toyota uses BPST on the oil fittings and it would not surprise me to learn they used BPST on coolant fittings also. But, I have put 1/4 NPT male into a 1/4 BPST hole with teflon tape and had no issues with 80 PSI oil pressure on the fitting.

I know that the local Pick-n-Pull here in town has at least 3x 3.0's out there with that fitting on it, should be available at a boneyard.
