misfiring

Will a bad temp sensor cause a misfire or show the same symptoms of a bad tps on a 3vze? I thought it was the tps cause wen I unplug the tps it runs good so I switched out the tb with a known good tps and it still had the same misfire so im running it now with the tps unplugged looking for what else it could be.... any help will be greatly appreciated.... thanks in advance

Things I did
No cel
Fuel filter
Air filter
Spark plugs
Dist cap
Dist rotor
Spark plug wires
Change oil
Burped cooling system
Went two teeth lean on the afm
Swapped throttle body with a known good tps (runs best u plugged)
Cleaned throttle body
Seafoam in gas
Checked intake tubes for cracks (no cracks or leaks)
Timing cant really set cause tps unplugged wen I plug it in and jump diag it doesnt make a diff. In idle

It seems like my tps but the other throttle body I used was still good and still ran like a bad tps so its gotta be sumtin else jus dont know what....
