Thanks
The tag has this:

RN50L - KRA

3D7LL11G662W46

How do I decipher it?

I looked up the VIN, and report says it is supposed to be EFI, when it has a carburetor on it.

Idk about the EFi thing but the rest goes as such

G662 = rear axle gearing = 3.07

W46 is the trans model

RN50L is the frame/truck model
