Manual Shifter rattling noise

Manual Shifter rattling noise
I just recently found my manual shifter on my 86 yota manual 4x4, rattling while I am driving down the road. At idle there is no noise though. I took it apart and put it back together twice with out figuring out what is making the rattle. Anybody have any idea what to do to fix this problem?

What about the bushing that goes on the very bottom of the shifter? My shifter rattled when I first got my truck and when I pulled it apart that bushing was worn in 2. If yours is completely missing it is supposed to snap onto the ball at the end of the shifter.
