So i had my flywheel resurfaced for a recent clutch replacement. Now the hydraulic clutch actuator that engages the clutch arm need a longer rod! I've got all the adjustments maxed out and still i just barely engage the clutch. Can you get an aftermarket rod that will make up the difference? I'm thinking of monkey rigging something to either extend the arm towards the rod , or extend the rod with an added... something maybe a cap headed nut. Any ideas? (22re PU)

 

I think you have a differnt problem. they should have only machined the flywheel a few thousandths. maybe your master cyl or slave cyl is leaking. or the pivot ball is worn down. the rod between the fork and the slave cyl should not need adjustment

 

Could very well be the wrong throw out bearing or clutch slave cylinder if both were replaced

Seeing this way to often wrong parts packed in correct box
