That's gonna be something unique to your area.
1) When you see someone in your city with an older Toyota ask where they go and how has it been.
2) Go to the Toyota dealership and speak with the Parts Dept Manager, Ask about some of the independent shops they sell to, and specifically ask if any older technicians that used to work at the dealer started their own repair shop.
