Lubrication of Steering Knuckle and Chassis

hello everyone thank you for your response.
I have another question; lubrication of the steering knuckle and chassie.
It says in the manual the following:
Steering knuckle grease: Molybdenum disulphide lithium base chassis grease (NLGI No.2)

Grease grade:
Propeller shaft (ex. Double cardan joint) - Lithium base chassis grease (NLGI No.2)
Double - cardan joint - Molybdenum disulphide lithium base chassis grease (NLGI No.2)
Drag link ends - Lithium base chassis grease (NLGI No.1)

So do I have to buy all these different greases or is there a universal one?
What do you guys do for your vehicles?

1986 4Runner 22RE 4WD is the vehicle that I am doing this to.

Thank you very much
