heat/penetrating oil, and more leverage. make sure you get the fill plug out before you drain em

x2 on fill plug first!

I have had to weld a bar on mine before to be able to get enough torque on it ...

X3 of removing fill plug FIRST. Use a 6 point socket so you don't round off the plug. Make sure the socket is the correct size. Use a hammer to give the socket handle or break-over bar a couple of sharp whacks. Take your time and it will come off. They can be very tight if they have never been removed. Use same method on drain plug. No reason you can't do this yourself.

If you can't get the drain plug out (mine was seized in place), you can always buy a pump and pump the stuff out from the fill plug. It's not as effective, but it's close.
