I have a 1996 lt1, I'm planning on converting into a lt4 and dropping in it a 1995 4runner very soon, i have nearly all the info i need on the swap so far, except im tryin to find a 6speed manual tranny and transfer case for it. i have had no real luck finding a tranny that i can use for this swap, i know a t56 wont work already and im not sure yet if a richmond 6 speed will either, i know the zf 6 speed gm tranny could work, but its a monster HD tranny that i dont really want in this conversion, any sugestions or help on the manual 6 speed would be great, im not really interested in a auto for it, so any ideas, sugestions, anything you might know would be greatly apriciated, ty.
