Lost Power after playin in the mud HELP.

I know this is alot to read but bear with me i need help BAD!!!
So i just bought a new Toyota (new to me)
1994 Toyota pickup 22re 4wd 4 inch lift and 33' Trail blazer medium tread.
411 gears in the rear and front. Brand spankin new motor, brand new transmission, they both have 800 miles on them, and both are still under warranty. It ran good as new for the first three days, it would burn the tires with no problem, wet or dry asphalt.
It would run a 100 easy.

I said all of that to say this...
I took it through the mud last night, Barely any.
I played for about 20 minutes and then took it home and washed it, i noticed on the way home it was running a little sluggish. Well i got home and washed it, and had to run uptown, when i left the driveway it felt like i had a really heavy trailer behind me, almost like i was dragging an anchor.
I run through first second and go into third, if i hold it half throttle in third and wait till 2800 rpm's it feels like the motor kicks in and it starts speedin up ALOT faster. The tires will not spin if i dump the clutch, which is not normal.
Ive lost all of my oomph if you get what im saying, I need help yall. How bout it?

check your o2 sensor, make sure the connection is clean and dry, make sure your wash the undercarriage really good while your down there, mud makes rust happen faster.

Ima have to check that, one thing i noticed before i bought the truck, the boy before me cut the Oxygen sensor out of the cat converter under the truck, which could be screwin it up, But that wouldn't explain why it would run Perfect the first few days and Frigg up in one hour.
Where would the O2 sensor be located on a 22re?

Yeah has been since i bought the truck a few days ago, i took it to the shop and had them check it out and run a diagnostics check for like 40 bucks and they said their computer could not recognize my computer or something.
Thats whats worrying me a little bit, why would the same place that put the brand new motor in for me not be able to read the computer in my truck????

I called the guy i bought it from he said the oxygen sensor was not cut when he sold it to me. Now whether or not he's lyin i dont know, but its possible it got caught on something and popped the wires. It doesn't look like a clean cut.
So i think i might put a new oxygen sensor in it, it cant hurt i need one anyways.

Gawd dang! lol no its been washed 3 times and still rides the same.
Im at work now, kinda slipped outside and washed the underside while no one was looking. I had a little bit of mud come out, but nothing that would cause the kinda problem im having.

Well i just left work to go get lunch, and it stranded me. It sounds like its runnin on 2 cylinders, i cleaned the distributor cap out cleaned all the plug wires, after work i reckon ill check the plugs to see if they are fouled out.
It didn't start doing this until i got a couple gallons of gas at sunoco, and if i have water in my tank ima be severely pissed

this sounds familiar for some reason

check all your electrical sensor plug-ins, like the TPS, AFM, ignitor, ect; sounds like some water may have made it's way into one

Just FYI, although really fun sometimes, playing in the mud a lot REALLY kills the truck... mud finds it's way everywhere, into every crack and crevice, dry's up, tears apart seals and then bearings, and not to mention the water slug up finds it's way to all the electronics somehow... not preaching to you, just speaking from experience...

eh, kinda. that was one of my symptoms

I was having all kinda issues with my 22re at one time, and I ended up REMOVING THE UPPER MANIFOLD and cleaning it (search "black goo" and you'll see what I'm talking about), which got a little more power back, but the "sudden nitrous feeling at 3500 RPMs" didn't go away until I replaced my damaged AFM, which I killed while, you guess it, mudding had a wave of watery-mud come over my hood, choked the engine out, soaked the air filter and sucked in some water into the engine... the AFM does not like moister...

well on second thought, that, plus a new O2 sensor, and the problem went away... but I contribute my bad O2 sensor to the bad AFM making the engine run rich and taking out the O2 sensor
