Pump seal is a cake walk. Main can be a bear without a good puller but it is still doable. Poke around for part numbers and you can get one of two seal thicknesses, the thinner one is generally recommended since it lets you place it at a new depth and avoid the wear mark on the old balancer.
With some luck, and a manual transmission, the crank bolt will come off with little effort. If you have an automatic transmission you'll likely have to resort to bumping it loose with the starter or locating a SST to hold the crank in place.
