locking hub question

I just put manual locking hubs on my 95 4Runner. Love it. Easy swap too. Wish i had done it before.
Anyways my question is a friend has a 98 Taco. Wants to know if they can be changed to the aisin's too. If not whats the best ones to use.
Ty for all info.
And yes I did search but no real answer for the 98 found.

I hear Tacos are VERY difficult and expensive to swap in manual hubs. Search for spindle nut conversion on here and TTORA.
