anyone know exactly what the wires are supposed to look like for the sealed beam headlamps with the three prongs?

pictures w/ color of wire would be appreciated

 

94? uh... (left / right is from the driver's position, looking forward, in the truck)
At the plug:
Red with white stripe is left side ground, Red with Blue (black?) stripe is right side ground (each has its own fuse).
Red with green stripe is high beam + (both sides), Red with Yellow stripe is low beam + (both sides).
