Leaking front DIFF PLEASE see pics HELP!!!

Ok 4runner/truck owners.

This is an 89 4runner IFS...

Its is leaking from the right side of the axel just next to the front differencial.

Only when 4x4 is on.

I have two pics attached below...

Please tell me what parts do you all think I need and how to repair this issue...

Has anyone had this before on the IFS???

what would it take to do as stock 84 solid axel swap out???

axel bearing retainer

Oh I think it may be the axel bearing retainer not sure???

diff leak

I put the lucas in with the gear oil wouldnt it lock up and clog the gears???

no i use lucas in trans and rear end i had a rear main leak put lucas in its gone and my pinion seal had small leak its gone 2

Theres an oil seal in there, You have to pull the axle to get to it.
