LOL! And YOU never posted pics of your install did ya?
Mine's a long story - here's the cliff's notes:
1) spent 2 hours trying to put it on and then realized it was the wrong one they'd sent (for truck, not 4runner....)
2) LCE sent me the right one, but only AFTER i sent them the wrong one they'd first sent me (they paid for shipping but I had to ask)....plus they didn't ship until they RECEIVED the other one I sent them...not cool.
3) They asked me to please pay $30 to help re-coat the muffler and S pipe, because some of the ceramic coating had come off when I tried to install it (I said no)
I didn't want to post about my experience, but this thread brought it out. They are very well respected and have awesome stuff - I love their catalog! I just had a really bad customer service experience with them. Will I buy again? Probably. But they really did a bad job with my experience, I feel.
So I have the new Pro Flow Exhaust this week finally - hoping to install this weekend, depending how my back feels (been limping around all week - not fun!).
This rusted header thread is crazy - I never would have thought, with SS and ceramic, but i guess the East is a beast!

Sorry, Jason, I totally missed this post for some reason - thanks a TON for the pics and the measurements - will try that when I finally get to it.
I also just realized that I re-told half my LCE story already
Time to call it a night!

Time to call it a night!Phil, these are for you.
So I cut that slip fitting up high in the last pic about 3.5 inches.
On the header/cat connector I cut 2 off the front, and 3 from the back to keep the O2 sensor over the crossmember.
Everything went in well, no O2 codes running it around on a test drive. The rear slip fitting in the pic has a little leak, I will address it tomorrow when it cools down. Let me know how yours goes.

Yeah you can get the exhaust to fit without cutting, And just cut a little more from the connector pipe. My cat sits a little farther back then stock location, it was a stretch to get the cat back on the hanger. And I welded up the slip joints (both on the connector pipe, and the joint just before the muffler). Much happier. Just have to dynamat or fatmat the cargo area and I should be ready to go.

LC Engineering is one of the only companies that have proven themselves time and again to me. They are replacing all the parts and re-coating all the rusted ones at their cost. What more could you possibly ask for? Again, he lives in MASSACHUSETTS where they SALT THE ROAD. If you look at his pics, there isn't one part under his truck that isn't rusted pretty bad. I bet if you ask guys from Cali what their headers look like, they will be brand new looking.

OK, when it get light i will photo my headers, they lived in NH for 14 years of winter road crap, they look better than the LCE's he had there. They should have sold him on the get go what now has to sit around for. I like LCE i get my stuff there, but thats Pi** Poor.
