Later 2nd gen headlights

The passenger side adjuster is broken and I wish the headlights on my '93 had a better beam pattern. I did a search and never really got an answer...

These are the "trapezoidal" units with changeable 9004 bulbs - not the square ones, so the Hella Vision Plus' are not an option - which is a bummer because I had them on the older truck and they were great!

The search showed that 4th gen was a lot wider, so extensive (expensive?) modifications would be required...but it looks like 3rd gen lights were similar shape - any ideas if they could be made to fit?

Any idea of what would be required to go back to the square lights? (Bet nobody's asked that before!)

Thanks fellas - Yotatech rocks

I'm fairly certain the 3rd gen's wouldn't work. You'd need to modify the grille, corners, and probably the bumper. Going back to the 90-91 would be easier and cheaper, I'm sure. Probably need the different grille and corners. Dunno about the bumper... But I've thought about going back to those myself, so lemme know how it goes!
