Lack of power and engine sounds like an airplane

Hello, I am having some lack of power during acceleration and I notice it when driving a hill. The engine sounds like an air jet. Some people told me that it is mainly due to faulty or bad cooling fan clutch. Does a bad fan clutch causes this lack of power and noisy engine?

Can't speak to the fan clutch sounding like that as I have not encountered that specific issue. I would check the fan itself, you should be able to get a good look at it and turn it by hand.
Have you inspected the air intake system? Assuming yours is the factory intake I would check for any loose, cracked, damaged, etc portions of it.
Does the engine idle normally? (Approx 750 to 850 rpm for a 3VZE at operating temp, will drop a bit when in reverse.)
