knock sensor torque specs?

I have looked in a lot or repair manuals and online and i can not find the torque spec. for my 1992 4Runner 3VZE. Does anyone know the spec. off hand or where i may be able to find it?

the knock sensor doesn't need a lot of torque. it is basically a piezo-electric microphone that picks up vibrations from the engine block and sends signals to the ECU. as long as it is more than finger tight and has no thread sealing compound on it (other than maybe an anti-sieze lubricant) the torque should be fine- maybe 10 lb-ft max is enough.

No thread sealing compound? Is this a rule? I had the same problem with my rebuild, I couldn't find specs anywhere. I just ended up putting 2 drops of blue liquid loctite and tightening it to about 15lb ft. Is this going to cause a problem?

by sealing compound I meant like teflon tape.
blue loctite is probably okay.
