Haha, I should get a video clip of my truck.

I can sit there all day roasting them 33's. Don't have to dump the clutch or anything

Me and a buddie did a syncronized brakestand the other day (lifted ranger). We had onlookers... felt like rockstars

must be the cams... or the light truck... only time when i did a "burnout" was in the drivethru of a taco bell about a week after i got it... i was on an incline in the lane, and truck started to roll back, so i got scared and dumped the clutch with WAAAAY too much throttle... lol... scary high RPMs... then it promptly left rubber for 2 feet and stalled... i felt like a jacka$$...

I bet you got your taco pretty fast though.

I can't say I've done any memorable gratuitous burnouts myself. Maybe I should go buy a set of thow-away tires on rims from a wrecker.

it's so easy to do a "burn-out", if someone can't do one in their 3.0L, i'd be worried.

im not sure if its that someone "cant" do it, or doesnt want to take the chance of having to rebuild their original motor... lol... i wouldnt wanna do a burnout in a truck that has 250+ on the motor with only a head gasket done here and there...

Exactacly, mine has 254,000 on the original head gaskets. And idk how long ago the clutch was replaced. So im not going to do it!

Thats what my mom's 99 2wd 4runner, with the 3.4 is for!

i wouldn't do that,

We could swap tires for a day. I'm measuring my thread depth first though, I suggest you do the same.

From: Cincinnati, Ohio - Amelia is the exact place. There is no one else on this site from where I am. Seems like everyone is from Cali or Washington. I guess I need to move.

Nah the Head gaskets probably fine.

He probably just put seafoam in it and and took pictures and said he was roasting the tires!
