Am hoping by the end of the month my big projects will be behind me, and I can finally order in my replacement engine for my 89 runner. 4 cylinder engine with manual tranny.

Am starting to lean towards the Jasper engines. Buddy of mine will come over and help me drop it in. Are the parts in the Jasper engines that much better than the Orient engines?

My jasper runs great, and hasn't had a single problem. I love it.

 

I installed a 3.0 in my 88 runner from orient about 1,200 miles ago and could not be happier. They delivered the engine on time and everything was as advertised. It has a 3 year unlimitied mileage warranty. I would highly recommend orient engines.
