It's Alive!

I finally got my 91 pickup all back together tonight! It was nice to finally hear it running. ha ha! i bought the truck and it didn't run. The timing chain was toast and chewed the timing cover to hell. of course all the guides were broken so i went ahead and pulled the pan. you guys wouldn't believe the gunk in the pan. I guess it wasnt taken care of plus the truck has been sitting for at least 2 years. Im not really sure why i am writing all of this... i guess i am just excited! I've got a few bugs to work out with the truck before it's road worthy... mainly a few leaks (exhaust and the front of the oil pan) but im gonna take some pics and postem!

i know the feeling

after sitting in the garage for a month, when I finally got mine running, I ran inside, yelled for a minute, then went back into my garage, sat in my truck, and smiled.
