Irregular Idle

Hey everyone
I'd appreciate any help from you experienced users. I have a 93 pickup (2.4L 22RE 5-speed). After it went below freezing here a while back, the next morning my truck started revving like you'll see in the video (I was trying to 'burp' the cooling system in case it's an air block). When the engine starts from cold it doesn't start doing this until it warms up a little.

I've tested the thermostat and it's fine. Upper radiator hose gets nice and hot telling me my water pump is ok and it doesn't seem to be overheating (after "idling" 15 minutes or so.

I'm really not sure what to try next.

Thank you in advance

Check the codes. Even if the check check engine light, CEL, is not on it still can be throwing a code. I have a surging idle after warm up. And mine is throwing the TPS code. Never even once got a flash on the dash during normal driving. So that might point us in the right direction.
