Intermittent starting trouble

My 94 22re truck has starting issues. Fires right up on a cold start, but it doesn't want to start when warm. I have to let it sit about 30 min between starts. It always cranks but about half the time it won't turn over. The times that it is able to start when warm, you have to give it gas to keep so it doesn't stall and keeps running and after a second or two it idles fine. Other than this, the truck runs pretty good. It just got a full tune (including new filters), new chain (thank you yotatech for the help!) and timing was set today. My gut tells me that it might be a fuel issue, but I'm not even sure where to start.

Thanks for the help in advance.

temp sensor to ecu is my best guess. cold start injector time switch is next on my list. both are located front of lower manifold.

fsm has tests you can do to verify proper resistance-to-temp. values

The fact that it'll start cold rules out the cold start switch. When that dude fails, it will not start cold. The coolant temp sensor is a good point, though.

I had the same exact experience my wife's V6. It started fine when cold. After driving around a bit and then stopping and shutting down, it would not start again for another 15-20min's. I could not figure out WTF the problem was for a long time.......and, it gradually got worse. After a lot of looking and blaming all kinds of stuff to no avail, the fuel pump finally took a dump 35 miles from home in the middle of a neighbor. I never blamed it initially because it was practically brand new from O'Reilly. Yeah, AirTech.....China made crap. Never buy one. My theory is the check valve first started going out, then the pump motor itself.
