intermittent hum from right front wheel
'90 stock 4runner 4wd 250,000 with relatively new tires. Very intermittent noise that sounds like driving over pavement noise grooves. Occurs at varying speeds and lasts a few seconds to no more than a minute at a time. Hitting a bump makes it stop although that is not necessary. Does not impact handling. Might occur several times a day or not at all. I really appreciate the expertise here. The more info the better.

With new tires, it may be variations in the road making contact with different areas of the corner blocks of the tires. What style of tire is it? If its a more aggressive tire for off road, this will occur more often.

thanks for the respone Kingjerd. Doesn't seem like a tire issue - the volume of the noise is the same regardless of speed/road type and it stops if I hit a small bump or even on its own after a few seconds. Would a wheel bearing going bad cause something like this?
