This is what my 88 looked like from the factory.

This is the only other pic I could find for now. Here's the link to it http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...74layoutan.pdf

Here's a link to the entire online 93 FSM, http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-buchanan/93fsm.

It's got all you need to know to get ya headed in the right direction.

well, there are coolant lines, vacuum lines, and EGR lines all in that picture. If your car originally comes from California like mine, you have even more EGR garbage to sort out. Oh, and your PCV valve (and grommet) are inside that mess somewhere also, and probably should be replaced anyhow for good measure.

thanks for the great info what a nightmare this has become ,I picked it up cheap not running thought it would be an easy fix yeah right. I have replaced ,plugs ,wires, distibutor cap and rotor, fuel injectors, drained the gas and put in new, checked fuel pump ,replaced fuel filter, did a compression check ,replaced head gasket drivers side, noticed the hose going to the cold start injector not hooked to anything ,replaced timing belt ,any ideas if the cold start is the culprit can get it to sputter but not start
