Inconsistent steering problem

Hi guys, I got one that's bothering me. After I drive about 12 miles I start getting a little vibration, then the steering wheel pulls to the right. I c/o idler arm 2 weeks ago and it got better then started again but not as bad. I got new 31's on the front and checked bearings and new alignment. Checked ball joints just a little and I mean very little play on the drivers side. Is this the problem or should I look else where? Thanx in advance

It might be a caliper not releasing completely.

Once one part goes bad and starts to create more vibration or shimmy than the system was designed for other parts start to fail pretty quickly. This is why a lot of DIYs tend to rebuild an entire front end at one time.

What did you do to your Pitman? Did you replace it? Or just repack it with a bunch of grease? If you just greased it, I'd say start there. Clearly the grease took up the slack and tightened the joint but once it got squeezed around you were back to where you started.

I replaced the idler on the passenger side frame. These ball joints are a massive PITA. I saw a post where the guy said it took him 20 mins to c/o he can come help lol. I can do both side of my K5 in about a hour and a half this is nuts.
