inclometer

i just picked up one and i started the install tonight but im confused on what wire is the pos+ and what one is the ground. there is a solid black and a black/white

Just touch each of them to each terminal on your battery carefully. If it doesn't light up swap the posts. Problem solved....

if i am correct, you could touch the leads to either terminal and the light will turn on.

Just be sure the "light off" button is not clicked. I almost tore my dash apart when I installed mine becuase I didn't check that button first.

btw Toyota does make a harness that is plug and play for the inclinometer lighting. Goes between the wiring.

They are only $15 or so, but very hard to find. According to my Local Toyota dealer, I got the last new one in the US. That may or may not be true, so check with your local dealer.

mines already torn apart lol i am replacing my dash too cuz its all cracked, so i found a good dash and found an inclometer too. it should look good in the truck.
