ignition switch problem

hey whats up guys, im new to the forum and i have a 93 4runner sr5 5spd 4wd.

1. i am having some trouble with my power locks and my ignition switch. when i remove the key form the ignition switch when the door is open. the buzzer sounds like its trying to tell me the key is still in the ignition, thus my power locks not wanting to work because of toyota nifty idea so u cant lock your keys in your car. so my question is.. is the ignition switch rebuildable? or do you have to purchase a new one from the dealer?

2. i hard time getting the manuel locks on the outside of the car to work. on the drivers side it will only unlock. the passenger wont do either. but the tailgate one works fine. is this a common problem? is their an easy fix for this? or replacement?

i appreicate any input. TIA
