Question IFS lift question

I was reading a lot about how to get two more inches of lift for ifs. I found that I should do ball joint spacers in the front and for the back I am still wishy washy. I was thinking of doing blocks or add-a-leaf maybe even shackles? But i am still not sure i was wondering yalls opinion on the best rear lift and what i should go with? I was also wondering when I do this lift if it is necessary to change the shocks? I found this kit on ebay and was wondering if it is a good idea? heres the link IFS lift Do you think its too expensive or a good deal and if not a good deal what would be my options. Thank you very much to whom ever answers my questions or just gives their opinions
Thanks
Andy

I had a 4" lift spring with a 2" block on mine it rode like a bucking bull so I changed it up and removed the 2" block and added a 2" shackle the ride smoothed out tremendously and gave me more flex in the rear. imo you should go with the shackles but make sure they have a cross brace welded in.

add a leaf and or shackles. Stay away from the lift blocks! I've seen lift blocks launch out from under trucks on the freeway.....not pretty.
