93 22re pickup

Im having these idle problems almost everytime when its COLD for the last 1000miles (intial startup). It sometimes happens when the truck is warm and has been a reacurring issue for the last two years.

I start the truck and it seems to stay in warm up mode for along time if I just let it sit and it won't idle down. After I drive it, it will idle down but I have the problem. If I drive it I has a fluctuating idle everytime I make a stop. It goes from regular idle to almost dieing at a irregular pace until I start to drive. It even does it at low rpms while driving.

What might this be? Sensor?

Any difference in your fuel mileage? Check the cold start injector. Unplug and see if any improvement.
