It will take some time, but if I can get a SFA and start cleaning it now, then I will get started. This one WILL BE a keeper.

Plus I have another 22re that I will build up too.
That is the way to do it. Like SS did, he had all the parts together and did the SAS in a short period of time. When I get ready to SAS my 87, I'll already have an SFA on hand w/ all the parts ready to go, way before it ever happens.

I got several Optima battery mounting kits to make already this week, going to turn them all around since the family is gone on Spring Break, so one more on the fire will be no problem.

the 88 is in my posession.

Thanks to Localmotion and my wife for picking it up--I was working.

This truck is stupid clean for it's age.

I will take my own pics when it is light out.
I am very excited about the new ride.

I am off for 3 days this weekend and going to clean it up as much as possible.
I need to repair some minor rust on the lower quarter panel.

it has eaten through and can be seen from the inside driver's side rear compartment--when you open it up.

i might just get a replacement panel. Still not sure.

i also need to replace the shocks. Probably going to go with some cheap gabriels or monroes....

My 88 makes me nostalgic and I'm only 19! I guess it makes me think of Back to the Future...
