If the cat has come apart, that will cause a restriction in the exhaust which will have a huge effect on perfofmance. Remember, an engine is just an air pump. More air in more air out increases performance the other way around decreases performance. A stopped up exhaust will definitely cause performance issues.
I have had this happen to a Nissan I once had. Sounds exactly like what are experiencing.

Pull yor plugs and see what they tell you. ... or post a good pic. could be a bad o2 sensor as well. Or could be the ltft is off, which should resolve in a week or 2, or you could pull the battery cables off, tape them together touching for a half hour and it will start fresh and relearn the ltft table after you hook the battery back up and run it. Where are you btw? 85 is quite low. Even in low octane states like mine, we start at 87..... but I run 90 and get better economy and power.

Ltft ?? I'm located in southern Utah. And the plugs looked like they all had good burn marks when I did the compression test but I'll pull them later today to take a picture

Long term fuel trim. it's basically a learned value for how much fuel the engine should use and when, based on the readings from when the base or previous fuel table was used in the programming.

So I replaced some air lines today and found that there is fuel leaking down onto my fuel filter . It's kind of under neith the intake manifold. I don't know what it's called though?? Some one help me out???

Haha I guess in the photo it says fuel pressure regulator is that correct??
