ive got a 94 4runner 3.0 and i was on the road about to pass a car so i gave it a lil more gas and then the motor cut out on me and the rpms dropped to 1000 or less but anyways it has to do with my fuel system somewhere i replaced the filter and checked the pump and everything is good so if anyone can help me plz do so i dont have to tear the lines out and the motor apart....

 

Did the check engine light come on?

 

Are you sure its fuel system? Check system for pressure. If you have it, the problem would have to be in the EFI system somewhere, logically speaking.

 

Air flow meter sounds like. Or perhaps TPS. Any check engine light?

hey sry guys i was gone for a bit.lets see my check engine dosent come on and i have not checked for fuel pressure in the hood yea but the fuel pump works good..
