Lol Naeslas

i got rearended a while back right in the middle of my hitch, messed up my bumper and the brackets, insurance said they had to pay for a wrecked hitch as well...not true but i got the money, im workin on my lift, but supposedly im going to Germany in the summer, so the money will either go to Germany or to some tires
getting in an accident is always a bitch, and more of a hassle than it should be! hopefully you get more money out of it than your supposed to! some compensation

I heard that... the cops have all the info don't know if they are going to do anything to him though... at least his insurance is going to jump... hopefully he takes this as a warning and learns better for the future...

spacey ... I think the cops only showed up because I reported that there was debris from the car all over the road...

Do NOT Pay for that tow bull☺☺☺☺! Its not your fault that the idiot smashed you, why the hell should you pay a damn cent!

God damn insurance, they will do anything to stop from paying you the money you deserve.

p.s I laughed VERY hard after reading what Tdubbs05 said and then seeing Kylextrisler's avatar <3 that show

Insurance company is getting that jolt not me I was just commenting on the audacity of the vultures and what the charge... no wonder insurance rates are so high...
not that the vultures are'nt worth the cash... they risk their lives hooking up wrecks on the road side I saw people not even slow down while my baby was being hooked... they did'nt even move over in their lane...
{personally I always try to change lanes to give them space or at least slow down and move over in my lane if I can't do anything else just as a courtesy}
the only ones who slowed down at all while I was on the side were the heavy trucks...
so anyway perhaps they are worth what they charge I've seen many of them [tow guys] get creamed trying to earn a living...

Are you sure? I'm only asking because I work for CAA in BC and we do it all the time. It's entirely possible that they have different rules re: MVA's in Ontario, but it's worth double checking if you haven't already.

Good luck with the insurance and getting your baby all fixed up, hopefully it's not too much of a headache.

***update***

adjuster finally showed up to view "le damage" today...
fortunately he is a yota freak like the rest of us here and knows what these things are really worth so that is in my favour...
they are bidding it as a complete box replacement and apparently the little bastard hit me so hard the box came off its mounts and "touched" the cab so a 'touch up' there also...[though my body guy said I probably would have looked at it and said " what touch up?"]
I should know sometime next week what the descision will be...
then we negotiate if necessary...
no chance for pics this weekend but I will try to get some up next week...
thanks for all the good mojo energy everybody

*** UPDATE ***
heard from the adjuster yesterday...
he asked me what I wanted to do... fix or replace...
I said fix but if they opt for replace I need enough $ to replace it [7.5k min.] as opposed to the 4.5k they figure to repair it...
not sure how it's going to work out but he said he would call me on wed. with their decision...
let the negotiations begin!...

Congrats Aviator...sounds like everything is working out for the best. Glad you didn't have to fight too much with the insurance co. Can't wait to see the pics.
