Measure the height of your rig as it is now, add 5" to it.

Measure height of door opening at it's lowest point.

Subtract.

I have 7" of total lift (4" suspension and 3" body) and my truck fits fine into the garage. I have just a normal door opening. About 7 feet or so.

Thats a lot of lift for 33's. You planning on going to a larger tire size?

okay, well feel free to correct my math.

6 ft = 6*12 = 72 inches.

Truck = 70 inches

Truck + lift = 70 + 5 = 75 inches

75 inches = 6ft 3 inches

Garage door = 7ft = 84 inches

84-75 =9

Figure you need 2 inches of clearance to fit in, to be really safe.

44 inch tire compared to a 31 inch tire is extra 6.5 inches of lift. This would leave you 2.5 inches of space.

Why would you get this much lift just to keep 31's?

You could go from a 31 inch tire to a 35 and still have 5 inches to spare

I wwould say with that 4inch suspension you should run a 33inch tire at the least. I'm running a 33x10.50 on a stock suspension and I'm only planning to improve the rear spring settup. I would think hard before purchasing the 4inch lift if you are only going to run 31/32inch tires.

Nah not too worried about it. I bought it like it is. I could easily take out either of the lifts and keep the 33's but I don't want to stick any more money into it.
