How far do I go??? I need reliability and gas Mileage

Hey guys any advice would be appreciated. My valve guides are leaking and the valves need adjusted. My 22re is still running good and has good compression (140K, with auto). Can anybody point me in the right direction. I need to open the top end up and I want to be able to keep the reliability and fuel economy of a toyota. What all should I replace when I replace the valve guide seals.
Here is a posssible list so far.

Exhaust manifold. The oem one has a crack in it (will the ebay one work)
valve guides
Timing chain with tensioner and gears.
Oil Pump?
Water Pump?
Cam??? RV Cam?
Have the injectors ultrasonically cleaned?
I have to replace the exhaust any ideas? 2.25"?
I would like to put another 150K on this motor before I open it up again. Any adive would be appreciated.

If you're going to do the timing chain and sprockets, I would recommend replacing the cover, oil pump, and water pump while you're at it. You have to take all of them off anyways and for no more than they cost its probably well worth it just to have peace of ming. IMHO.

I was llokig on ebay and Engbldr has a complete kit with cover, oil and water with timing chain that seems like a good deal. I will probably go that route. I have found that it is much easier to replace the parts when you are tearing ito it. What about the head bolts? New ones or reuse the old ones.

Go directly to www.engnbldr.com & contact Ted directly. They are having a spring sale so you may be able to get a discount. Ted will steer you in the right direction. He's a great guy.
