How to break my transmission?

Any suggestions?

I tried 20mph and jam into park but just got a bunch of fast clicking. Then I went into reverse and jammed it into drive and stopped and went forward quickly.

lol okay, get the truck up to 60 and throw it in park. cant guarantee you wont wreck the vehicle, but i almost guarantee you will break the syncros. or just drain the fluid out of it and go for a drive.

I believe this will be the first time I have ever sincerely criticized someone's actions on this forum.

What you're doing is stupid.

Why is it stupid? There is absolutely no point in not doing it. My truck maybe can go 20mph tops...

So, you're saying the transmission is at fault?

Well, that's my thinking. He could sell it and put the money towards a 5spd or even recoup afterwards.

I don't know. My reaction is probably due more to valuing and appreciating what I have even if it isn't the best thing in the world. Youthful folly, I suppose. And, I admit.....I have been there.

Well, if it's already broken, then obviously a different case. I guess I was assuming it's still working, though. He is driving it.

lol...you guys are quite crazy

Anyway, unless you think I can sell this tranny + t-case, then I'll try to break it. lol.

But it seems like it slips a lot. So I'm pretty sure its bad. And I don't want to sell a broken tranny to someone. I hate screwing people over.

Put it in drive, go as fast as you can, then slam it into reverse and mat the throttle.
