Holy MOLLE
So the other day my roommate came home from work with about two grand worth of tactical gear. The gear was all f-ups, prototypes and sample models. Two huge trash bags of pouches, backpacks, vests, stuff like that. We dumped it out and see what we could salvage for ourselves.
Anyway I've had this idea in my head for a while now, I just didn't feel like dropping hundreds of $'s to make it happen. Anyway this is what i did..
I mounted some MOLLE panels to my dash, the back of the headrests, and to the plastic molding under the side rear windows. The MOLLE panels were from scrapped body armor carriers. I used those anchor screws to mount it to the plastic panels and short sheet metal screws to mount the MOLLE panels to the dash and headrests. I used zip-ties instead of the MALICE clips to mount the pouches to save some cash. It all turned out pretty well. I'll let you guys know if we start limited production on the panels.
Passenger Dash Panel with Admin pouch and Nalgene bottle pouch
Headrests with 2qt canteen pouch and Gas mask pouch
Rear Passenger Panel with Advanced gas mask pouch, Mag Pouch, Medic Pouch, SAW pouch and Letherman pouch
Rear Driver Panel with Gas mask Pouch, I-V pouch, and NVG pouch

personally I only care for the ones in the back. They look pretty convenient. Nice job with utilizing them tho. Did you get the gas maks, iv, nvgs as well or just the pouches. Oh and do you have any more you're gettin rid of?

I guess it all depends on how you're using the truck I guess...
That looks tacky as hell in my opinion but as already said, to each his own. My truck isn't a trail only truck either.

Josh, nice score! I really like the rear panels, not too sure about the headrest ones though. Do you have any pics of just the panels on the headrests? I want to see what it would look like with just the panels for everyday driving and just adding the gear to the headrests for trips. That's a great idea!
