Wow low mileage! The first thing I'd do is run the VIN at a local dealer and make sure the Head Gasket recall was done. There's also a recall on the steering relay rod too. I've got a slightly modified 94 too... loved every minute of the last 8 years I've owned it.

I work at a Toyota dealership here in Eastern PA and ran the vin before I bought it

Head gasket was done once in 97.. steering relay rod recall was done just recently.. maybe 2 months ago..

I had a 93 pickup (back in 93) and had it lifted 7" within the first month.. attached is a pic of that guy.

Gonna ride around in it how it is probably until summer time, then lift it just enough for 33s.. just replaced both lwr ball joints, axle boots and rear springs. The pick up there was from the day I bought it.. Need to save up for the lift and tires though :/
