Help securing my 87 4runner

A couple nights ago I had an intruder in my 4runner. Someone decided to break in and go through my center console and glove box. They took my speakers and stereo. I hate the idea of someone having access into my vehicle and was looking for some tips to secure my runner better. Any ideas help. Thanks.

I deleted my stereo and ran it off my phone that plugged into a AUX jack that went to a hidden amp that powers my hidden speakers, looking inside my truck looks like it has already been robbed. Left my doors unlocked for 2 years everywhere I went and never saw anything out of place.

Main point, if someone wants your stuff, they WILL get it.

i know you can buy harder to break into locks for your truck (dont know where)
but other then that... bullet-proof glass will do the trick

Audible alarm. Preferably one that pages a remote your holding.
