I ran it again today and massaged the heck out of that uppper radiator hose, the thermostat still won't open... Soon as it warms up, it's getting a 1/8" hole at 12-o'clock ! If that doesn't work, may drop in a mopar-318 !!!

possible solution

Idle valve that is clogged will cause it to over-pressurize to push coolant out reservoir. It is the smallest orifice so it constantly gets clogged due to junk in old coolant. it also will cause irregular idle.
